Who we are

What we collect
- Contact details you give us: your name, phone number, email address and service address.
- Details about your property and the work you want, including notes you type and photos you send us.
- Messages between you and us — texts, emails, calls and web forms — so we can keep track of your service.
- Nominations for our Rooted in Service program: what you tell us about the person you're nominating.
- Basic technical information when you use this website, such as your IP address, kept briefly to prevent abuse of our forms.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, prepare a price, schedule and perform your service, and send you updates about it.
- To send you a photo of the finished work after each visit.
- To follow up on Rooted in Service nominations.
- To keep our records, run our business and meet our legal obligations.
Text messages
If you check the box agreeing to receive text messages, we'll text you about your quote and your service — reminders, en-route notices and completed-visit photos. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. We do not send marketing texts unless you separately agree to them. See our text message terms.
We do not share your mobile phone number or your text-message opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Photos of your property
Photos you send us, and the before-and-after photos we take at each visit, are used to price and document your service and are shared only with you. We do not post photos of your property publicly unless you give us written permission.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business — for example website hosting, email delivery and text-messaging services — and only so they can do that work for us, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact and service records for as long as you're a customer and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle questions, warranty work and our tax and legal obligations. Quote requests that don't turn into service are kept for up to two years.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or stop contacting you, at any time by calling, texting or emailing us. Some records may be kept where the law requires it.
Children
This website and our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
